1. Access Your Personal Dashboard
- Step 1: Click the Sign In link located at the bottom of the registration form.
- Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your home search.
- Step 3: Use your phone number as your default password to securely log in. if your phone number does not work, you can use “Forgot Password” on the sign-on and follow the email instructions.

2. Manage Your Search Subscriptions
Once logged in, navigate to your Saved “Searches” and Subscriptions by clicking on “Searches.” From this panel, you can manage your home search setup, which is tailored around your previously interested properties. You have complete control over your alert preferences:
- Real-Time Notifications: Receive immediate alerts the moment a matching waterfront or coastal listing hits the MLS.
- Daily or Weekly Digests: Keep a clean inbox while tracking local neighborhood trends.
- On-Demand Browsing: Pause automated emails entirely and review market updates at your own pace.
3. Save and Track Your Favorite Properties
- Click the Star Icon: When browsing listings, simply click the Star Icon on any property that catches your eye.
- Instant Sync: Saving a home automatically organizes it into your dashboard favorites.
- Collaborative Tracking: Saved properties are instantly accessible to both you and your agent. This allows us to track historical price updates, monitor status changes, and coordinate private tours seamlessly.
